What is wrong with this Family!?

Gabriel had decided it was time that Nine and Star finally talk to each other. They came into the study and sat down. There was silence for a while, everyone was awkwardly looking about the room, when a knock was heard. "Who is that?" Gabriel ask, Nine shrugged and Star just pretended he was somewhere else. The door opens and Azeract came in "Um hey...I was told of everyone hanging out in the study." Moving in the room slowly. "Well this looks like a family event, maybe I should go."

Gabriel would shrug "Well I mean you are practically family." Nine nods agreeing and Star stared at him with a look that said don't leave me here. Azeract look awkwardly around and slowly moves to a chair. Once again there was a awkward silence in the room, before Gabriel spoke "So...is there anything anyone wants to say?" watching Nine and Star. They just stared with the same look back at Gabriel. Azeract watched this painful scene and just says "So...um how is everyone?" Gabriel spoke "I'm exhausted. Honestly could use a good rest and some relaxing time." Nine raised a brow "And you are here?" Gabriel shot him a look "You know why, you need to talk." Star would shrink in his seat.

Azeract taking note "soo....this is fun." Everyone look to Azeract. "Why was I invited again?" Everyone spoke at once "To make this less awkward." then they all look at each other and spoke "You invited him? I invited him?" everyone leans back in silence and Azeract stared at them "Oh yeah..this is...less awkward." shook his head "So, the goal is for those two to talk..." Gabriel nods "Well yes although I am about to slap Nine." Nine shot a glare to Gabriel "I love to see you try." The two bickering back and forth, while Star just put his head into his hands.

Azeract shook his head and shouted "SHUT UP!" the twins stop and stared at him. "What is wrong with this family? Like by the gods you guys find a reason to make this awkward and hard. " Gabriel hiss "I do not!" Azeract tilt his head with a look "Do not interrupt me!" Gabriel scoff "You can not tell me what to do I..." before Azeract cut him off " SHUT UP! You all invited me to help and thats what I am going to do, so all you shut up and sit down. Or else I will light this room up with soo much holy light you all burn."

The twins shifted a moment, as if to test this. However Gabriel griped "I ask for you to help them, not attack me.This isn't about me, I'm not his father." Azeract him a glare, while he sat down. Nine was silent and merely sat too. Star hadn't even said anything, nor lifted his head. Azeract move closer "You know I would have started with Nine and let you chime in as I know you would, however." staring Gabriel down "I'm going to start with you." Gabriel looked appalled "its not even about.." Azeract growled " AH!AH!AH!" he held his hand up."It is about you too. Star looks up to you.." Gabriel chimes "I don't know why." Azeract grit his teeth " Cut me off again I swear I will stab you." Gabriel just rolled his eyes "I don't know how my father puts up with you two." shaking his head.

"Now....he looks up to you, why is not the point, the point is he does or did or whatever. You...not anyone just you and you treat him like some disease just like everyone else. " Gabriel sighs, but kept silent. "Look I know you do care for the boy..that years of having your trust broken and everything else has put this whatever in your heart. But he ..he is family and yes what you are doing now is nice...if either of you paid attention to him right now." Pointing to Star, who just covered his ears at this point.

Nine looked down and Gabriel stared at Azeract "I just wanted to open communications between them cause I thought it help him.I wasn't trying to bicker with Nine." Azeract folds his arm "Yeah but you were and this is your problem and if it wasn't you would not be here trying to fix this. So stop saying that, do you know what its like to hear that. It makes you feel unwanted and outcasted." Gabriel looked away "I wasn't trying for that..that wasn't what I meant." Azeract nods " but does he get that, cause it doesn't look it."

Azeract then turns to Nine " YOU!" he point. " You are his father, you should give a damn..." Gabriel chimes up "He does care, its getting him to show it." Azeract turns around "always have to have a word in." Gabriel narrow his eyes " You knew I would, you even said. So why you looking at me, this is about Star." Azeract nods and looks to Nine " Look I get you have this loner thing, but damn you could try. You act like he is dead and honestly if you were my dad, I'd have killed myself." Nine stared at Azeract "I care...its just.." Azeract cut him off "He looks like your dead wife. Well thats not fair to him." Gabriel nods "Get over it, she is gone, he is all you have left of her. You should be cherishing that boy. He needs you so bad." Azeract nods " What he said." Azeract looks at Star "And you!You always something to say or some opinion like Gabriel. Why you choosing now to break?This man has ignored you and shown he doesn't care. Get angry shout at him, do something!" He yelled "Anything to open communications." he state.

Gabriel spoke up "Look we are going to leave you two alone to talk. TALK! FIGHT!Whatever! Just don't kill each other." standing up and walks out with Azeract following. Once they got out Gabriel glare at Azeract "What?" he ask him and Gabriel hiss " Why you attack me?" Azeract growled " You know why." Gabriel grabbed Azeract shirt "And you fight me?" Azeract stared him down "I would." They have a staring contest and then Gabriel backed off "Right."

They listen by the door and there was some shouting "I hope Star will atleast listen to Nine." Gabriel says. Azeract pat his shoulder "Hey..you did what you could. You got them in a room and we yelled at them to talk...theres nothing more we can do." he state.Gabriel gives a nod and would say" so want to hit up a tavern?" Azeract shrugs " Why not, beats listening to that." and they head off for a drink.
