Locked away

  Gabriel walk through the woods, he was heading to check on Voltaire. Remembering how Voltaire was when he found him, it made him frown some. He wasn't sure why he felt bad for him, but Gabriel tried to shake the feeling off. He wanted to make sure his wounds were healing, as he passed by a tree, he got side swiped by something. He was grabbed by the neck and slammed into a tree. He tried to figure out what just happen, the hand on his neck tightened as he got lifted off his feet. Gabriel grabbed the beings wrist, he glance down to see Nine was the one who had him.

"Nine......what...the hell?" he tried to speak, but the grip on his throat made it hard. "Nine....what are...you..doing?"
Nine just stared coldly at him, his face expressionless "Where is Voltaire?"
Gabriel was confused, why did Nine want to know where Voltaire was. He never attack Gabriel to know this "I don't know." he lies.
Nine narrowed his eyes slightly and threw Gabriel with exceptional strength, sending him through the air and he smashed against another tree. A loud crack sound could be hard, as the tree almost buckled, Gabriel gripped his ribs "Nine...its me...Gabe...what are you doing?"

Nine walks towards Gabriel "Where is Voltaire, he escaped and I know he would come to you."
Gabriel hissed as he struggled to get to his feet "I told you I don't know so back off." Gabriel tried to take a swing at Nine.
Nine dodged and goes to slash at Gabriels face, luckily Gabriel was able to dodge, but it threw him off balance. Nine wasted not a moment and aim to drive his hand threw Gabriels chest, Gabriels eyes widen, as he realized Nine was trying to kill him. Gabriel tried to dodge, he manage to keep Nine from stabbing his chest. Though Nines hand went straight through Gabriels shoulder, he let out a scream of pain.

 "Nine stop....I'm your brother." Gabriel knew something was wrong, he needed to get in Nines head. Nine jerked out his hand, leaving a hole in his shoulder where blood poured from. Gabriels red hues glow as he growled, Nine grabs Gabriel up and says "Where is Voltaire?" staring at Gabriels eyes.

A mistake on Nines part, but Gabriel had no clue what he was about to get himself into. He manage to lock eye contact and reach Nines mind, which was very dark, he looks around and got spooked when something touched his shoulder. He turned to swing and smacked Voltaire "Voltaire? What are you doing in my brothers mind?"

Voltaire turned to him, his hair was neat white and was braided instead of dreads, he was clean shaven. He stood up "I felt you introuble, I feared you would do this so I followed you into his mind."
Gabriel huffed "Your not far away, then why haven't you helped me?"
Voltaire shook his head "No I am able to reach you in here from far distance, but you don't know what your about to do."
Gabriel shook his head "Voltaire I have done this lots of time, I think I know what I am doing."
Voltaire sighed "Ya but if Nine destroys you in here, then he destroys your mind."
Gabriel didn't understand why Voltaire cared if he was hurt or not "Right um thanks, but I can handle myself."

Something lurked around them, Gabriel could sense it, he stood infront of Voltaire "You should get out of here, you're still too weak."
A claw launched out of the darkness for Gabriel, but before Gabriel could react he was shoved out of the way. He stumbles and turns to see Voltaire taking on what look like Nines true form, but darker. Voltaire screamed out "The door....the door Gabe."

Gabriel looked around and found one door in the room, he looks at Voltaire. "Gabe go, I got this, you have to save Nine." Gabriel seemed lost, but he turn to the door and ran to it. He open the door and walks in, right after he does he heard a horrible scream of pain, he knew it was Voltaire. He turn to go help, but the door shut and it was locked. Gabriel growled "Idiot." he looks around, it was am empty hall. It had one cell down at the end of it. Gabriel walk to the cell, when he reached it he could see Nine chained up inside. Gabriel called out "Nine!Nine are you ok?"

Nine slightly moved, trying to find the voice. Gabriel could see the blindfold, he move to the door of the cell. He needed to find a way in,he bashed at the door. He finally got the door open and he ran inside, but right as he was about to reach Nine he was grabbed and slammed against the bars. Grunting he saw it was the darker form 'damn that meant Voltiare failed.' he thought. Though that would be a first, Gabriel may have seen Voltaire at his worse, but he didn't think he would be beaten like this.

The darker form held up Voltaire and gripped his neck tightly, Voltaire whimpered trying to pry the hand off. Gabriel form some claws to slash at the dark form, but his skin seemed really tough. He notice Voltaire stared to crack like a porcelain doll, that was not a good sign. He gets an idea, reached for Voltaires arm, trying to grab it and once he does, he draws a symbol on it. Sending Voltaire into a frenzy, he wasn't sure if it would worked, but he hoped. Voltaire manage to gather up all his strength break free from the grip. He tackles Nines darker form, which allowed Gabriel to be freed.

Gabriel runs to Nine and works to get him unchained "Nine its me Gabriel."
Nine slowly turned his head to the voice "Gabe?"
Gabriel smiled "Yes, I'm here to fix you."
Nine could feel the chains loosen and drop, Gabriel then took the blindfold off.
Nine looked and saw his darker self fighting Voltaire "What happened?"
Gabriel shrugged "I'm in your mind, you started attacking me, so I figure I see what was going on."
Nine closed his eyes and try to focus, he manage to make his darker form disappear. Gabriel sighed out but saw Voltaire crack more, but before he could check on him Voltaire was gone. Nine also saw Voltaire condition and raised a brow. He then look to Gabriel "Ok can you get out of my mind now?"

Gabriel  manage to break the contact and stumbles backwards, Nine catches him. He saw his brother was hurt "Did....did I do this." he frowned. Gabriel wince but gave a faint grin "I'm ok, I'll heal, but you soo owe me."
Nine looked around and seem confused, so Gabriel ask "Whats wrong?"
Nine look to Gabriel "I thought I saw Voltaire with you, but he is not here."
Gabriel frowned, he almost forgot about what he had seen. "Ya, I think he might still be where I left him." Nine reached to help Gabriel to his feet "We should check on him." Gabriel agreed, but adds "Can I please find some food first, I need blood badly." Nine groaned, but nods.
